  • Privacy should state how the customers personal data: what customer data is collected and tracked; with whom this information is shared and how the customer can opt out
  • Refund/Return/Cancellation establish a clear and concise statement of your refund/return/cancellation policy: should be available to web site visitors through links; provide full explanation of steps consumer must take to obtain..; policy must be listed even in the case of "no refunds"
  • Security should explain how card information is protected; during transmission; while on your server; at merchant's physical work site; should be available to visitors through list on the merchant's home page.
  • Shipping/Delivery should have a clear, comprehensive shipping policy: explain shipping options and expected delivery and provide full disclosure of all shipping and handling fees.

    Refund/ Return/ Cancellation:

  • Refund due to services being terminated on final utility accounts.These refunds are system generated and a check will be produced within 15 working days.
  • Refund due to an overpayment on an active utility account.Refunds on overpayments are not made automatically. Generally, if an overpayment occurs it will be applied to the next bill. At the customer’s request, a credit will be applied to the customer’s credit card that was used on the initial payment.

  • In case of dispute, the key to speeding up the refund is having proof of payment.
    If another party paid the utilities (such as a builder, a prior or subsequent owner, title company, leaseholder, mortgage company or someone who owns part of the same property), you may be asked for proof of identification in order to receive a refund. The customer may mail or bring completed documents to the City office and include your Social Security Number.

    Shipping Policy/ Delivery Policy

    Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
